Kevin graduated with a
Bachelors degree from John Jay College in New York City. After
several years working in both public and private business he
decided like so many others to make a career change. He enrolled
at the French Culinary Institute in NYC and received his diploma
in culinary arts. After spending some time getting some experience
working at several restaurants and catering establishments in New
York he decided he would take his experience in business and food
and start up what is now known as Nappants Catering.
