Chef Andrew Schumacher

Andrew graduated with a Bachelors degree from the University of Iowa. After graduating Andy started the process of preparing for medical school. During this time he worked at small local restaurant establishments to earn extra money. Slowly he started to realize that it was not the medical field that was his true passion but actually the culinary field. So Andy made the huge decision to leave the corn fields of Iowa and move to the big city to pursue his dreams. He enrolled at the French Culinary Institute where he received his degree in culinary arts. He worked at several NYC restaurants getting the experience needed to be successful in this industry. He then partnered up with Kevin and the two of them formed Nappants Catering.
